Accommodation Charges & Cancellations
13 Jan – 18 Dec 2023 “min stay 2 nights”
- 50% deposit to confirm bookings which is non-refundable. We may process the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
- cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation charges
19 Dec – 12 Jan 2024 “min stay 5 nights”
- 50% deposit to confirm bookings which is non-refundable, we process the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
- cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation charges
“No show” or premature departure forfeit 100% of the accommodation total
Full payment is required to secure non-refundable bookings and 100% of the accommodation total will be forfeited if cancelled.
Our rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are quoted per night and include Breakfast. Wi-Fi is free, parking is available
Unfortunately we don’t accept children under the age of 14, as the House is not designed or suited for children. We may be more flexible off season, so please ask us.
We do recommend that you take out a travel insurance to cover cancellation charges in the event that you are unable to travel. Any cancellations must be received in writing.
