Accommodation Charges & Cancellations

13 Jan – 18 Dec 2023  “min stay 7 nights”

• 50% deposit to confirm bookings which is non-refundable. We may process the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• cancellations within 30 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation charges

19 Dec – 12 Jan 2024  “min stay 7 nights”

• 50% deposit to confirm bookings which is non-refundable, we process the balance of payment 30 days prior to arrival.
• cancellations within 60 days of arrival forfeit 100% of the accommodation charges

“No show” or premature departure forfeit 100% of the accommodation total

Full payment is required to secure non-refundable bookings and 100% of the accommodation total will be forfeited if cancelled.

Our rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are quoted per night and include Breakfast. Wi-Fi is free, parking is available

Unfortunately we don’t accommodate children.

We do recommend that you take out a travel insurance to cover cancellation charges in the event that you are unable to travel. Any cancellations must be received in writing.
