Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy – Should a cancellation occur the following conditions apply:

	0-21 Days	22-90 Days
	prior to supposed arrival forfeit 100% fee total	prior to supposed arrival forfeit 25% fee total

Conditions:

50% deposit is required, balance on arrival – 80 % deposit on group bookings, balance on arrival – Check out time 11:00 AM – Check in anytime after 1:00 PM (or alternative can be arranged) – Rooms will be held until 5:00 PM unless other arrangements have been made – All cancellations must be in writing. No-show, Early Departure, or Cancellation less than 7 days prior to supposed arrival – forfeit the full total of accommodation cost.
Peak Season – 19 Dec – 8 Jan – 100% deposit required upon booking. If cancelled 30 days or less prior to arrival – forfeit 100% of booking fee.
